Spark Centric Plugin This plugin automatic opens links comming from centric monitor user. Objectives CentricCRM has an integration module with Asterisk and a XMPP server. When a call comes to through asterisk, CentricCRM get noticed and send a link to the contact page to the XMPP user associated with the extension that is being called. This is something but not enough, the link doesn't work if you don't have an active session on Centric server. that's why this plugin open a new session and open the link automatically. Compile To compile use the build.xml file. Just run ant jar. Some parameters need to be modified on build.xml file: spark.home = Spark installation directory Usage Install centric plugin on your Spark installation. Then go to the preferences menu and select centric. Parameters: Centric Server Address: Complete address to the CentricCRM server (include protocol, host, context, port). Example: https://www.antartec.com/centric Centric Monitor Username: This is the username that the centric has on the XMPP server. Example: CentricMonitor Your Centric Username: This is your account name on centric server. Your Centric Password: This is your account *password on centric server. *The account password is stored using Spark encrypt class Known Issues The plugin has been tested on: - Fedora Core 6 - Firefox 2 - Spark 2.5.7 - Centric 4.1.3 On Windows, popup blocker will stop login process. I tested it on firefox and didn't work the first time, but after unblocking it worked. On IE7 I couldn't unblock it. Download Download jar file |
